For men's swimwear measure your hips (C). Wrap a tape measure around the widest point of the hips and bum. Choose the size closer to your hips measurement.

- For training and leisure, choose the bigger size. For competition choose the smaller size (eg. if your hips are 98cm long, choose size 32 for competition or 34 for leisure and training).
